Yea so depression as been kicking my butt over the past few days.
As someone who suffers from anxiety you may relate to that.
This was a really bad time to make a video, but I’m just keeping it
real with you, not only sharing my great discoveries and experiences,
but the good the bad and the ugly.
Otherwise i’d be phony and that journey
to anxiety freedom wouldn’t be portrayed
as it really is.
Your journey will be the same: a path of good and bad,
of ups and downs.
Without the right realistic expectations, how can you expect to
make it to where you wanna be?
So here’s a glimpse of a friggin bad day by someone who will
eventually enjoy the awesome life of his dream.
P.S. Mark my word, one day you and I are gonna look back at this video
and be completely blown away by the transformation that will have taken
place in me and my life since then.
P.P.S. I want that for you as well.
I want you to reach the life of your dreams eventually as well.
If you’re depressed like I am right now, you too get up and move.
It may not be easy.
It will require you to work against your thoughts and
feelings especially in the first 5 minutes.
But It’s the only way…
Without movement it only gets worse.
I know you know that. Now let’s get up move
forward together. One step at a time.
