It’s the best video I’ve seen on overcoming depression,
giving you the right points of focus and actions to take.
Especially the last part of the video!
I have to be honest and say depression has hit me back hard
recently, and watching this video today was the best thing
that I could’ve done.
No I’m not super positive, far from it.
It’ll be a battle (duh), but I feel a lot more ready
to face it now.
